Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:
• Arrives damaged
• Is faulty
• Is significantly different from its description

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
